You could be amazed to learn the 2018-19 Golden State Warriors and Houston Rockets look great on paper, although the New York Knicks and Sacramento Kings… don’t.
OK, so that’s not really surprising at all. But in the huge distance between the favorites and bottom-feeders, there are gamers and a few interesting storylines to watch.
