Rape offenses have been denied by antonio Brown, following the player’s former personal trainer in Florida filed a civil lawsuit.
Brown, who combined New England on Saturday is accused of three separate offences involving 2017 and 2018.
All three alleged offences, which are said to have happened between 2018 and 2017 were denied by the broad receiver, via a statement.
The seven-time Pro Bowler claims any sexual activity between the two was consensual and believes the suit is financially motivated.
Super Bowl champions New England affirmed the NFL will investigate the incident.
“We take these allegations very seriously,” that the Patriots’ statement said of the litigation against Brown.
“Under no circumstance does this organisation condone sexual violence or assault. The team has informed us that they will be exploring. We’ll have no further comment while that investigation takes place.”
